Floma Homes is an interior design and home decor company. Floma Homes was created to exclusively focus on specialty design i.e. not your regular interior design. Floma Homes focuses on highly creative projects which are generally not taken independently by any designer.

Yes, we do! After your initial call with our team, we plan a visit to your location according to your convenience. We take measurements and discuss specific requirements. Then we provide an approximate yet detailed quote for your project and then a 3D design is provided to you once you approve the quote.
No! Every design we work on is unique. But yes, you can see and choose certain design elements from our past work section. Then we’ll integrate those ideas into your final design.

We have always only provided quality materials and services through Floma Homes. We believe in reasonable costs that won’t burn your pocket but provide your space with the value that it deserves.

Not at all. After our initial call, we visit your location which doesn’t cost you anything. Once you approve the quote from the Floma Homes team, you need to pay 10% of the overall cost of the project. Once you pay the 10% amount, we provide you with a 3D design that you have to approve in the decided timeline. After we finalize your 3D design, our team of workers start on your project and then the remaining payment has to be done in installments, which we can discuss before the project starts.

Our core in-house team has a cumulative experience of 10+ years. As we are a young team, but we have a lot of experienced designers, contractors, and craftsmen who have more than 10 years of experience in this field. Don’t worry, your project is in good hands.

We only use quality stuff for your project. With branded materials, we discuss and choose your preferred brands or suggest with a variety. If no branded materials are available, in the case of some custom artwork, we choose the best quality material available.
Normally, we prefer our own high quality materials for the project. But yes, we can and will incorporate your material, but we are not responsible for the quality or warranties for the same. We always recommend using new and fresh materials that will last longer than we expect.
It’s a mix. All the design and billing is strictly in-house. But we have third party contractors who work on the production and execution. But rest assured that they will be managed by our team of experts.
We are committed to taking good care of all your property while working and insure up to Rs. 10,000 worth of damages.
Yes. We provide 12 months of warranty for installation defects on all the work we do. Some items, due to their creative nature, can’t be covered under the standard warranty. Please always confirm the warranties with our team.
We confirm the full design with you before we get started so generally, there are no changes afterwards. But if there are any, they may be chargeable to the extent of the extra work required.

We have taken from 14 days to up to 3 months to complete a variety of projects for our clients. Depending on the size of your space or the scope of work, the timeline for every project differs which we discuss prior to the initial payment of your project. Since we are committed to providing quality work for your space, we will take sufficient time to deliver the best!

Refunds are subject to the amount of work done. If a substantial amount of work is not complete, a refund can be provided after deducting the cost of the work already complete.

We offer the facility to defer the execution of the project, so you may want to consider that first. But yes, you can cancel the project anytime, but the cost of the work completed must be paid for.

We only accept online payments. Payment can be done via debit/credit cards, net banking, or UPI.

Interior Design Process FAQ

You need not pay anything extra other than your final estimated bill, which includes the cost for consultations, site visit and 3D design.
Absolutely. Our service is totally hands-off service and you won’t have to worry about anything. All costs and work associated with the features of your package are already covered in your price.

We can also work with that, but that’ll require a custom quote. Please call our team to discuss your project.

Yes, we can. But please inform our team about the same during the initial consultation. We may be able to reduce your package cost if you have existing furniture that can be used.
Of course! Please contact our team and we’ll be happy to send you a few case studies of our previous projects.
That’ll depend on the package you’ve chosen. Residential projects including 1, 2 or 3 BHK tend to be completed within 2-4 months.
Yes. You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager who will oversee the complete project. He/she will be your point of contact throughout the project duration and will make sure that everything goes fine.
The final 3D design of your interior will be prepared as per your inputs and requirements only. Generally, no changes will be accepted after the 3D is finalised, but you can always check with your project manager if changes can be made.
You can make payments via credit or debit cards, bank transfer or cheques. Sorry, but no cash payments can be accepted.
Yes, you can. Please talk to your project manager about the available options.
Due to the ‘custom’ nature of the service, no returns or refunds can be accepted for your paid amount. If you choose to leave the project in between, the bill for the work completed till the date of cancellation must be paid.
If it’s something about the quality or transit damage, be assured that the concerned products will be replaced.
Yes, all the furniture products from Floma have a 3 year warranty from the date of installation.

3D Interior Design Services FAQ

Our team will work on your design only after confirming the requirements with you, but still, 2 rounds of revisions are included in our price. 🙂
Yes, absolutely. Our designs are prepared using the standard industry practices and are really easy to understand. Any independent contractor will be able to use our design.
We do not a specific ‘style of design’. Our designers can work with any style you are looking for, but yes, we love modern contemporary and minimalistic designs!
After your confirmation and payment, your first design will be delivered within 10 days.
Currently we work in Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. But other cities can also be serviced. Just call us to confirm!
