We have always only provided quality materials and services through Floma Homes. We believe in reasonable costs that won’t burn your pocket but provide your space with the value that it deserves.
Not at all. After our initial call, we visit your location which doesn’t cost you anything. Once you approve the quote from the Floma Homes team, you need to pay 10% of the overall cost of the project. Once you pay the 10% amount, we provide you with a 3D design that you have to approve in the decided timeline. After we finalize your 3D design, our team of workers start on your project and then the remaining payment has to be done in installments, which we can discuss before the project starts.
Our core in-house team has a cumulative experience of 10+ years. As we are a young team, but we have a lot of experienced designers, contractors, and craftsmen who have more than 10 years of experience in this field. Don’t worry, your project is in good hands.
We have taken from 14 days to up to 3 months to complete a variety of projects for our clients. Depending on the size of your space or the scope of work, the timeline for every project differs which we discuss prior to the initial payment of your project. Since we are committed to providing quality work for your space, we will take sufficient time to deliver the best!
Refunds are subject to the amount of work done. If a substantial amount of work is not complete, a refund can be provided after deducting the cost of the work already complete.
We offer the facility to defer the execution of the project, so you may want to consider that first. But yes, you can cancel the project anytime, but the cost of the work completed must be paid for.
